Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized therapy strategies based on thorough client evaluations and assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to treat clients.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and ensuring clients receive personalized attention.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in case consultations and strategy meetings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the highest ethical practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional education through workshops, trainings, and seminars to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Crystal Psychotherapy, you'll primarily serve individuals and families who may have limited access to quality mental health services. Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients facing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
