Improvement Sciences Specialist - San Antonio TX

Job Title: Improvement Sciences Specialist Location: San Antonio TX Duration: Full-Time Locals to the area are preferred Duties/Tasks: Must have strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management). The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements. The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards. The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Experience Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analystwithin a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy) Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance Knowledge and background in Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program. Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificationpreferred Required Skills: Tailored Training: Experience providing customized training resources to meet the specific needs of Sailors. Skills Improvement: Ability to enhance the skills and readiness of Navy personnel through various educational opportunities.
