Job Description
The Billing Specialist plays a key role in managing accurate invoice processing and payment tracking to ensure seamless financial operations. Utilizing common accounting software, this role handles a moderate volume of billing transactions while providing essential billing support to customers and maintaining account reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Track payments and update account statuses
- Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies
- Support customers with billing inquiries
- Manage billing software efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of billing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with billing software such as QuickBooks or SAP
