Position Summary:  

This position is responsible for supporting new and existing projects and programs for restaurant operations.

Role Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the quick service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills in MS programs (Excel,Outlook,Word)
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Must maintain a valid California Driver’s License

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support internal and cross functional programs and initiatives focused on enhancing Operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure internal alignment on new programs (ex: new product launches)
• Help develop and administer operational policies and procedures

• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, including senior management and guests
• Able to maintain flexible work schedule including working evenings and weekends.
• Able to conceive, lead, manage, and realize multiple projects simultaneously with proven capability in collaboration and in setting/meeting organizational deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a time sensitive and confidential environment
