Oncology Sales Specialist

Territory Account Specialist (TAS) — Key Responsibilities: Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes. Partner cross-functionally to deliver access support and meet customer needs. Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility. Analyze territory data and trends to generate pull-through and lead customer engagements (virtual/in-person). Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions. Provide real-time access support; partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience. Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years (Associate level: limited sales experience OK). Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers. Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical, compliant leadership. Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60–80%; ability to drive/fly; valid driver’s license. Desirable: Experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, account strategy, and new product launches. Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs. Leveling (as applicable): Associate: 4+ years military leadership OR limited sales experience; strong cross-functional collaboration. Territory: 2+ years relevant specialty/healthcare sales (last 5 years). Senior: 5+ years relevant specialty/healthcare sales (last 5 years). Driving is essential (unrestricted driver’s license required). Field roles: complete initial training (home study; ≤8 hrs/day and ≤40 hrs/week).
