* Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and assist throughout the hiring process

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and placements resulting from your leads

Your Earnings Structure

This is a commission only position based on performance, translating to limitless earning capacity and no restrictions on your success.

You will receive earnings based on the tangible value you produce:
