Why Youll Love This Opportunity Join a leading manufacturer during an exciting period of growth Opportunity to grow your career alongside an expanding organization Family-owned culture with the resources and stability to continue scaling Casual work environmentjeans are welcome every day Strong commitment to work-life balance Accessible, supportive leadership team Collaborative culture with opportunities to improve processes and make an impact Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist Responsibilities Manage collections activities and proactively follow up on outstanding customer accounts Reconcile customer accounts and research billing discrepancies to ensure timely resolution Partner with sales and customer service teams to maintain positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding balances Monitor accounts receivable aging and prepare collection and aging reports Maintain accurate customer account records and payment documentation Identify opportunities to improve AR and collections processes as the company continues to grow Assist with additional accounts receivable and accounting duties as needed Qualifications for Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist Role Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or collections Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive account conversations professionally Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
