Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and craft personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, providing support and resources to clients in acute distress during their most vulnerable moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and family support specialists, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training to remain informed about best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse group of clients coping with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will employ a client-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each individual or family unit.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
