Job Summary Primary Duties Understand primary types of customer complaints Assist in containment and determination of root cause for customer product satisfaction gaps Work with QE’s in determining root cause for returned product Participate in cross-functional teams investigating issues Support product development and reverse engineering functions Support local site quality and operations Help to implement controls to prevent reoccurrence on nonconformances Qualifications Capable to learn how to perform product qualification testing Ability to learn to use inspection tools and test equipment Automotive product experience is a bonus Ability to interpret Procedures and Work Instructions Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel Education / Experience Actively pursuing a technical degree in an engineering-related discipline The US base rate for this full-time position is $22/hr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity.
