Join our growing team! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support their day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do

? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

? Enter and maintain financial data with accuracy

? Reconcile bank and credit card statements

? Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking

? Support month-end closing activities

? Maintain organized accounting records and files

? Respond to vendor and customer inquiries

? Assist with additional administrative and accounting projects as needed
What We're Looking For:

? 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience

? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

? Excellent communication and customer service skills

? Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
