Responsibilities At Johnstone Supply Detroit, our goal is to see our customers (HVAC-R contractors) succeed; earning their trust by providing value. This critical role will enhance brand visibility, create compelling narratives and marketing interactions that resonate with our contractor customers and prospective customers to aid them in helping their businesses succeed. This role is key to employee communication and enrollment as well; executing marketing strategies and tactics across the organization and measuring results. This highly visible role will report to the Director of Customer Experience serving as the lead for regional marketing execution and success and work closely with many roles across the organization. Craft engaging marketing campaigns with clear objectives, defined target audiences, strong value propositions, clear messaging, compelling offers with creative content across marketing channels. Measuring, maintaining and reporting performance of marketing campaigns including identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, brand standards and guidelines. Collaborate closely with the sales, product and operations teams to keep the organization informed, enrolled and engaged in efforts. Lead staying up-to-speed on national promotional offers and events to create regional marketing plans. Partner with internal and external customers to stay aware of market trends, customer needs and competitive insights. Create campaigns and tactics to stay one step ahead of the competition. Lead best practices for social media platforms, maintaining social media accounts and measuring effectiveness of social media presence. Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase partner engagement, lead generation plus nurturing, conversion rates, etc. Expand customer segmentation capabilities and engagement surveys to integrate back into customer account data. Lead marketing text channel Ability to travel with sales team, customers, to various store locations and be present in market Qualifications Required: BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience with marketing content strategy or marketing campaign/program related roles. Understanding of CAN-SPAM and marketing laws related to email, text and other channels of marketing. Communication Skills: Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating clear, concise, visually appealing and impactful marketing communications.
