Key Responsibilities\n

As our Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing licensure or are currently enrolled in their Master’s programs.

• Delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that care is client-centered and evidence-based.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and leveraging community resources to enhance patient care.

• Contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
