Business & Process Analysis
- Business analysis and process analysis experience
- Analyze business workflows, processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Work with business units and technical/IT teams
- Define current-state and future-state processes
- Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts
Requirements Gathering
- Gather and document business/functional requirements
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create/manage Azure DevOps work items
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable
- Work with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders
