Exciting opportunities await for skilled Physical Therapists seeking a part-time contract working within an educational setting near Glendale, AZ for the 2026/2027 school year. What you bring:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or commitment to obtain
• Previous experience providing physical therapy services in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate students and create individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
• Provide direct physical therapy sessions and monitor student progress
• Consult and coordinate with educators, family members, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments and goal planning
• Adapt interventions to foster inclusion within the school environment
