This flexible, travel-based position allows you to support diverse learners, manage a manageable caseload, and utilize your skills across multiple sites.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Previous experience providing PT in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to organize and manage a caseload across multiple locations
• Proficiency in planning and delivering individualized therapy
• Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Physical Therapy to a caseload of 8 students, as outlined in their IEPs
• Deliver approximately 415 minutes of direct PT services per month (about 1.7 hours per week)
• Manage schedules and travel between four campus locations: Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear
• Offer assessment, documentation, and progress reporting in compliance with state and district requirements
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student mobility and participation
• Develop activity plans promoting each student's functional and academic success
