Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Experience working with school-age children (K-12) preferred
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy practices and pediatric therapeutic interventions
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and create individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grades
• Assess students’ functional abilities, interpret evaluation results, and develop customized goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy within the educational setting
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student success plans
• Provide training and resources to school staff as needed to support student access and independence
