Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Royal Care Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $105,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; generous paid time off; parental leave; and employee assistance programs. A sign-on bonus may also be available and you can expect above-market earnings with potential for uncapped income based on performance.
