Product Manager, New Vehicle Ordering

What To Expect

As the Product Manager for our ordering platform, you will own the inventory ordering experience and drive improvements to search and ordering globally. You’ll work at the intersection of sales operations, engineering, design, and finance to scale a seamless digital experience. This is a high-impact role where speed, precision, and innovation matter. You’ll use data, experimentation, and product instincts to grow orders and keep the experience simple, fast, and high-converting in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for vehicle ordering across web, native app and AI-driven surfaces
• Translate customer pain points into intuitive, scalable product features
• Write clear product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with engineering and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions at speed
• Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously refine the platform, improving conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Drive technical system integrations to enable industry-leading user experiences and scale them globally

What You'll Bring

• Product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or automotive with ownership of complex workflows
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams toward aggressive goals
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and a bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to work with engineers to define and drive system integrations
• A customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Expected Compensation

$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
