Description

• Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy sessions that emphasize advancements in communication, language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a spectrum of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Empower patients and their families with essential educational resources to support development beyond the walls of the clinic.
• Support with infrequent inpatient evaluations and interventions for speech therapy to ensure a consistent and comprehensive care pathway.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) prior to obtaining ASHA certification, if applicable.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment commencement.
