A healthcare organization is seeking a passionate Health Coach in Columbus, Ohio. You will work closely with patients to help them manage their health, educate them about chronic conditions, and support them through personalized coaching. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to health and wellness, and experience in customer service or community work.
