Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that align with client goals and needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, communicating effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.

• Advise clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs effectively.

• Remain updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing professional development opportunities and training workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. You will adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that everyone receives personalized and culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid mental health licensing credential, including LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of related professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
