You’ll work full-time in an elementary setting, serving an ABS caseload, guiding exceptional learners, and collaborating closely with supportive colleagues—all while becoming part of a dynamic and forward-thinking educational culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally in elementary settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction to students on an ABS (Academic Behavior Support) caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in conjunction with staff and families
• Employ research-based teaching strategies to foster academic and behavioral growth
• Maintain thorough student records and contribute to team meetings and data review
• Collaborate with support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere
