Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Demonstrated experience supporting students in an elementary setting
• Passion for inclusive education and individualized learning plans
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to implement effective instructional strategies that promote student success

Position Details:

• Start date: August 25, 2026 | End date: June 10, 2027
• Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours weekly
• ABS caseload within elementary grade levels
• Work site: Supportive, resource-rich atmosphere in a welcoming school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction tailored to students' unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to foster a positive learning experience
• Document student progress, update IEPs, and participate in team meetings
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
