Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience with elementary ABS (Autism Spectrum Disorders/Behavior Support) caseloads preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to student advocacy and individualized support
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support to elementary students on an ABS caseload
• Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs tailored to each learner’s strengths and needs
• Collaborate with staff, families, and related service providers to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and adapt to diverse teaching practices
