About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Agency & SI Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the global partner ecosystem. This leadership position is focused on building and governing the company's agency and SI practice, with a strong emphasis on setting and executing the global partnership strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the health of the most strategic agency and SI relationships worldwide, and will work closely with the Partner Development function to ensure that the quality of partner-delivered work meets the company's high standards. This role is not just about managing a channel; it's about creating a global practice that is integral to the company's growth and customer success. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in partner sales, alliances, or consulting/SI ecosystem roles within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of at least 7-8 years at a Senior Director or AVP level. Deep experience in managing relationships with global SIs and agency holding companies at the executive level is essential. The role requires a leader who is adept at building and scaling partner certification, enablement, or practice-development programs, and who is comfortable operating as a global function, leading through influence. A strong background in MarTech or adjacent SaaS ecosystem is preferred, with a focus on how composable tech stacks create implementation and delivery opportunities for SIs and agencies. The ideal candidate will be energized by the prospect of creating operating models and certification programs from scratch and will be adept at using account mapping tools to prioritize partner engagement.
