Production Supervisor

We're looking for a capable, energetic and organized Production Supervisor for our corrugated manufacturing plant. The Production Supervisor oversees machine operators and converting equipment (flexos, rotary die cutters, specialty gluers and similar machines). This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on, high‑volume environment, and a great position for someone who thinks well on their feet, meets challenges head on, solves problems creatively and has excellent interpersonal skills. Main Functions: Supervise machine operators and converting equipment. Trains new crew members. Conduct monthly production/safety meetings with department. Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, quality and GMPs. Skills & Experience You Have: Prior experience in production/manufacturing; experience in corrugated manufacturing a plus. Good computer skills. Strong organizational skills. High attention to quality; knowledge of quality systems & principles helpful (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO) Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working independently & within a team environment. Prior experience in a union environment. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum High School diploma or GED; 3-5 years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
