Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Lead, New Ventures will shape the roadmap from MVP to product-market fit, collaborate with engineers and designers, and engage directly with customers to refine product offerings. Key responsibilities Shape the product's strategy and roadmap, transitioning from MVP to product-market fit Own outcome briefs end to end, framing problems, guiding the shipping process, and measuring results Run weekly cycle planning with engineers and design teams to prioritize development tasks Required qualifications 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving product growth Experience taking a product from MVP to product-market fit Strong background in customer engagement and translating insights into product decisions Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand software development processes Proficiency in using AI tools for prototyping, research, and data analysis Virtual Vocations Inc
