We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best.A typical day will include:Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative workflows, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service qualityLead and execute cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, focusing on process improvements, scalability, and operational efficiencyPartner with senior leadership to drive strategic HR planning, aligning talent strategies with business objectivesOversee and optimize HR programs, including performance management, and employee relationsEvaluate organizational effectiveness, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve engagement, retention, and productivityProvide proactive, consultative support to leaders on high level employee relations, workforce planning, and change managementAnalyze data and metrics to inform HR strategy and decision-making, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementOther duties may include:Lead efforts to enhance HR processes, systems, and administrative functions to improve efficiency and user experienceCollaborate with senior leadership to set HR priorities, goals, and long-term initiativesManage and develop HR team members; may expand to include oversight of HR Business Partner (HRBP) team as organizational needs evolveEnsure strong communication and alignment across HR, leadership, and employees to support execution of HR programsMake recommendations to senior management on workforce trends, talent needs, and organizational strategyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR planning and project leadershipDemonstrated success leading complex HR initiatives and driving process improvements across functionsExperience supporting or leading organizational change, workforce planning, and talent strategiesStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsProven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership in a consultative HR roleExperience overseeing HR operations or administrative functions, with a focus on efficiency and scalabilityPrior experience managing HR staff; exposure to HRBP models or readiness to lead HRBP functions in the future preferredSPHR or PHR certification preferredEEO Statement:Tokio Marine Group of Companies (including, but not limited to the Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Tokio Marine America, Inc., TMNA Services, LLC, TM Claims Service, Inc. and First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd.) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
