Benefits Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team remotely as Benefits Representatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and is looking to build a long‑term career. All client interactions are with union members who have requested our services — no cold calling or prospecting required. Full training and mentorship are provided. What you’ll do: Schedule and hold virtual appointments with members who’ve requested coverage Present benefit options and explain eligibility requirements via video conferencing Assist with application completion and quality control follow-ups Learn leadership skills and participate in optional team development sessions Perks and benefits: Remote/work‑from‑home flexibility Weekly advances and bonuses Full health benefits package Residual income stream All‑expenses‑paid annual incentive trips (past trips include Cancun, Vegas, Bahamas) 1‑on‑1 mentorship and full onboarding support Requirements: 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using basic computer tools Customer service, sales, or retail experience is an asset — not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
