Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements. Customize and configure Service Now applications, modules, and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Service Now platform. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth. Stay updated on the latest Service Now features and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions. Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development and administration. Proficiency in Service Now APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation. Proven experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HAM. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery. Relevant certifications (e.g., Service Now Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
