Corporate Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held manufacturing company that is expanding its operations and building out its corporate infrastructure. The organization is looking for a hands-on Corporate Accounting Manager to help strengthen the accounting function and support continued growth. The Opportunity Reporting to the Controller and working closely with senior accounting leadership, this role will oversee the monthly close while supporting cost accounting, inventory, internal controls, audits, and process improvement. What You'll Do Lead the monthly close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting Oversee GL and transactional accounting activities Manage standard cost accounting, job costing, and manufacturing variances Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and cycle counts Support annual audits and strengthen internal controls and documentation Partner with Operations and other functions to improve financial visibility Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Help build scalable accounting processes and infrastructure as the company grows What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Team leadership or supervisory experience Multi-site manufacturing experience required Strong standard cost accounting and/or job costing experience Inventory accounting and cycle count experience Internal controls and process improvement experience Cloud ERP experience and advanced Excel Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP preferred CPA or CMA a plus The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is organized, ambitious, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
