Dental Treatment Coordinator (92075)

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, personable, and have a positive attitude. This is a private multi-specialty dental practice located in Eastlake Chula Vista. Our state-of-the-art practice has all the latest technology, including the Yomi Robotic System, digital impressions, digital x-rays, and lasers. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must! Our team is enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate, and committed to the mission of delivering high-quality general, specialty, and cosmetic dentistry.

Hours are as follows:

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• One Saturday per month: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Present and schedule treatment and recare appointments
2. Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
3. Perform general front office duties and maintain accurate records
4. Create a friendly, professional experience for every patient
5. Ability to communicate effectively and have a team-oriented mindset
6. Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable
7. Coordinating multiple appointments for patients
8. Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
• Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Familiarity with Eagle Soft (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency with computers; Excel knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
