North America Management Trainee

1. Citizen of the United States, Canada, or Mexico; U.S. candidates are preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Recent graduates and candidates with relevant work experience are both welcome.
4. Fluent in English; Chinese communication skills are preferred.
5. Interested in international business, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project management.
6. Open-minded, responsible, practical, and willing to learn.
7. Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
8. Willing to participate in rotations in China and Thailand.

TAIZHOU BESTYARD IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD is an international manufacturing company specializing in outdoor living products, with production bases in China, Thailand, and Vietnam. North America, especially the United States, is our primary market.

We are recruiting North America Management Trainees from the United States, Canada, and Mexico to join our 18-month development program. The program includes:

1. Product and technical rotation in China, including product knowledge, manufacturing processes, product development, testing, and technical support.
2. Overseas operations rotation at our Thailand manufacturing base, covering production, quality, supply chain, order delivery, and cross-cultural collaboration.
3. North America business rotation in China, including market research, customer communication, project coordination, and international business support.
4. Cooperation with teams in China, Thailand, Vietnam, and North America.

After completing the program, the initial placement will be in Shanghai. Depending on the company’s future business development in the United States, business needs, and individual performance, there may be opportunities to work in the U.S. Potential career paths include North America market development, international business, customer and project management, global operations, supply chain management, and product or technical management. Monthly salary is negotiable based on educational background, relevant work experience, and overall qualifications. Accommodation will be provided during the training period in China.
