International Business Development Manager (North America)

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, International Trade, English, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred. Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B business development or international sales, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in pioneering overseas markets with quantifiable commercial achievements. Language Skills: Proficiency in English as a primary working language; exceptional skills in business negotiation and professional written communication are required. Dual-language proficiency (English and Mandarin) is a strong advantage for seamless global team collaboration. Core Capabilities: Deep understanding of Western B2B business models, superb cross-cultural communication skills, and sharp business acumen. Mobility & Drive: Ability to adapt to high-frequency international travel (North America region). Strong self-drive and resilience to build a business from 0 to 1. Preferred Qualifications (Pluses) Director-level or equivalent senior commercial background within the vending machine divisions of tier-1 global FMCG brands (e.g., top-tier beverage giants). Proven track record as a Commercial/Business Development Lead at reputable automated retail hardware manufacturers. Direct working experience in similar commercial roles at global benchmark enterprises within the smart retail, autonomous checkout, or intelligent vending sectors. Strong, verifiable network of channel resources and venue partners within the North American unattended retail market. Market Expansion & GTM: Conduct comprehensive regional market research, formulate localized Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and accelerate the large-scale adoption of our smart retail solutions across the target markets. Channel & Ecosystem Building: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard local distributors, agents, system integrators, and strategic venue/property partners to build a robust sales, maintenance, and service ecosystem. End-to-End Commercial Management: Lead the entire business cycle from lead generation, commercial negotiation, and contract execution to payment collection; coordinate closely with domestic product and R&D teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client success. Brand Awareness & Product Feedback: Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry forums to enhance brand visibility; systematically gather local market insights and customer feedback to drive product iteration.
