Catch Hospitality Group is hiring for a new concept in the SoHo neighborhood. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Receiver if quality/quantity of product is not up to standards
- Keep a clean and organized work station
- Breaking down meat and portion product
- Store and organize product with department of health standards
- Assist chef in logging waste and repurposing excess
Qualifications:

- Have 1 year of previous kitchen experience
- Have a passion for great food and great fun
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced environment
