Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of varying demographics, ensuring tailored approaches to meet emotional and psychological needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via telehealth to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, allowing for personalized and effective therapeutic development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing unique mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and trauma recovery. This diversity necessitates cultural competence and adaptability in your therapeutic approaches, ensuring each client feels understood and supported on their journey to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold full licensure and be capable of practicing independently without supervision as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable, and no disciplinary actions should be on your professional record.

• Professional Skills: Ability to assess client needs critically and make informed recommendations for treatment planning is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition are necessary for forming trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and basic computer applications is required for effective service delivery.
