Network AdministratorTrace Systems is seeking a skilled network administrator to support DISA's 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) activities for mission-critical Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) systems. If you thrive in high-tempo environments, enjoy deep technical troubleshooting, and want your work to have real mission impact, this is your opportunity.Monitor enterprise network infrastructure in a 24/7 NOC environmentPerform real-time alarm surveillance, event correlation, and incident responseConduct root cause analysis across WAN, LAN, transport, and optical networksCreate, manage, and update incident tickets using ITSM platformsCoordinate service restoration, reroutes, and outage normalizationEscalate and collaborate with engineering teams and Tier III supportSupport Configuration Management Database (CMDB) updatesMaintain situational awareness for DISA/DOD mission partnersProvide detailed status reporting to leadership and stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsActive, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and US Government requirements, US Citizenship is requiredModerate IP/Networking experience including routers and switchesAbility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operational environmentDoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)Minimum of 2 years experienceDesired QualificationExperience in alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN/WAN troubleshootingStrong understanding of IP networking and transport infrastructuresNetwork Operations Center (NOC) or enterprise network support experienceExperience with the Cisco and/or Juniper command lineEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTrace Systems Inc. was founded to support and defend our nation's security interests at home and abroad--whenever and wherever.
