- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software.
