Loan Servicing Specialist

Coordinating the product servicing process, the full-time remote Product Servicing Specialist will manage customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the entire servicing cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Coordinate service process stages between customers, sales, and repair centers while providing technical support Investigate and address customer complaints and servicing requests, issuing replacements or credits as necessary Maintain repair records, conduct monthly analysis, and recommend improvements based on service quality evaluations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Customer Service, or Engineering Experience in problem-solving and processing details to draw clear conclusions Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects Preferred: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience
