• Job description: The Certified Arborist / Sales Representative will meet with residential and commercial clients, evaluate tree health and maintenance needs, prepare estimates, and develop long-term customer relationships. • Position Summary The Certified Arborist / Sales Representative will meet with residential and commercial clients, evaluate tree health and maintenance needs, prepare estimates, and develop long-term customer relationships. This position combines arboricultural expertise with sales and customer service responsibilities.
• Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site tree inspections and consultations - Diagnose tree health issues and recommend appropriate solutions - Prepare and present estimates for tree removal, pruning, plant health care, and other services - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities - Educate customers on proper tree care practices - Coordinate with operations crews to ensure work is completed to customer expectations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity - Represent the company professionally in the community
• Qualifications: - Current ISA Certified Arborist certification required - Previous tree care industry experience preferred - Proven sales experience and customer service skills - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule - Knowledge of local tree species, pests, diseases, and industry best practices Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission Company vehicle or vehicle allowance .
