Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is both timely and accurate.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and staying informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Sphere Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
