PEPSI Office Manager Ogden, UT

Admiral Beverage Corporation

Job Description Location: Ogden, Utah Responsibilities Coordinate activities of clerical and other administrative support personnel. Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, time keeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Evaluate office production, revise procedures, or devise new forms and procedures to improve workflow efficiency. Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Plan office layouts and initiate cost‑reduction programs. Review office workflows, documents, and processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Prepare activity reports for management guidance. Coordinate activities of various clerical workers within the department. Maintain a professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees. Complete, distribute, and file new hire paperwork. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. Supervisory responsibilities: responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit; directly supervise up to 12 non‑supervisory employees; interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
