In-Home Sales Representative (Pre-Qualified Leads | $125K–$250K+ Potential)

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized remodeling solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll control the process—from design to close—all in one appointment.

• Run pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments (no cold calling)
• Deliver professional, high-energy sales presentations
• Use our iPad-based system to design and present solutions
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot
• Manage your pipeline and maximize every opportunity

• Proven experience in in-home sales or outside sales (home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Results-driven and money-motivated mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Realistic earnings: $125,000–$250,000+ per year
