Executive Assistant

JOB SUMMARY Provides support to designated Executive Team members and assists with coverage in the administrative suite. Responsible for managing executive calendars; updating policies; coordinating travel arrangements; and preparing meeting minutes. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Certification & Licensures: N/A Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of executive assistant experience required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job.
