As recognized leaders for all things HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical throughout Frederick County and the surrounding area, our customers have come to rely on us for expert, local service.Our focus on quality and expert service has led to explosive growth, so we are seeking experienced Plumber to join our team.In exchange for your commitment, we provide:Affordable, quality health, dental & vision insuranceHealth Savings Account w/ Company ContributionUniforms, tablet, and company vehicle.Paid vacation, sick and personal daysTool and boot allowanceParental leave401(k) plan w/ company matchShort term disability, long term disability, and company paid life insuranceYearly performance reviewsCompany on site, off-site and on-the-job training and support.Responsibilities:Perform installation of plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and water heaters in residential properties according to company standards and industry best practices.Orchestrate dig-ups and sewer lines replacementsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.Ensure proper sizing, alignment, and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures to meet code requirements and project specifications.Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation process.Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners to address any questions or concerns.Requirements:Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Dig up and sewer line replacement experienceWater heater installation experience (traditional and tankless)Valid MD Journeyman or Master plumbing license.Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.Valid driver's license and clean driving record$25 - $38 an hourReady to embark on an exciting new chapter in your career and become a part of the Tristate Home Services family?
