Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with a diverse client base including children, adolescents, and adults, employing trauma-informed techniques tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop case conceptualizations to guide treatment planning.
• Engage in case collaboration with other multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring cohesive care and comprehensive support for each client.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will primarily involve working with individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions. Our diverse patient population represents various backgrounds and life experiences, requiring a therapist who is empathetic, culturally competent, and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current and active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in roles focused on trauma and mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based trauma treatment modalities, along with experience in diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience with multidisciplinary team collaborations, enhancing integrated care approaches that benefit patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, optimizing clinical documentation and care coordination.
