Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and kind Dental Treatment Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our practice. You will play a key role in keeping our practice organized and running efficiently by coordinating patient care, supporting treatment planning, and ensuring each patient feels informed, supported, and well cared for throughout their experience with our practice. The ideal candidate will have prior front-office dental experience and will serve primarily as our Treatment Coordinator. In order to run our practice effectively, you should show up as a leader who is approachable, collaborative, a problem solver, and one who takes initiative. Responsibilities: • • Coordinate and manage patient appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. • Facilitate treatment planning discussions with patients, providing clear and compassionate guidance. • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment execution. • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and organized. • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage. • Support the front-office team by managing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. • Monitor and follow up on treatment progress to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to plans. Qualifications: • • Experience in a dental front-office role, ideally as a Treatment Coordinator. • Ability to manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently and effectively. • Proven track record of facilitating treatment planning discussions with clarity and empathy. • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with dental professionals and support staff. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized patient records and documentation. • Excellent communication skills to discuss treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage with patients. • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage patient inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly
