Senior Recruiter – Staffing & Workforce Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Bloomfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for a staffing professional who wants to take on a highly visible role with increased responsibility, client ownership, and leadership influence.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial and clerical positions.
• Partner closely with multiple client accounts to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions.
• Recruit, screen, interview, hire, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and community partners.
• Manage employee relations, attendance issues, performance concerns, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing priorities, fill urgent orders, and ensure exceptional client service.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in competitive labor markets.
• Monitor account activity, workforce trends, and operational performance metrics.
• Serve as a key resource and mentor for recruiting and staffing best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of staffing industry experience required.
• Proven experience recruiting for both light industrial and clerical positions .
• Experience managing 7 or more client accounts simultaneously .
• Strong client relationship management and account growth experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling employee relations and workforce management issues.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to overall office success.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations.
• Track record of building long-term client relationships.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding team members.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of staffing operations.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
