Assists the Accounting Manager in the supervision of the Hotel finance office, pertaining to all computerized accounting systems, accounts receivable, month‑end closing reports, and general ledger reconciliation. Audit group master accounts to verify they meet the payment terms specified in the group agreements. Bill all group master receivables within 3 days of the group events concluding. Post all payments received by the hotel on the same business day. Post tax exemptions to guest folios as needed and audit the accuracy of tax exemption forms. Respond and resolve guest and client requests for folios, adjustments, credit card authorizations, and other inquiries. Assist with month‑end closing process as directed. Assist with monthly house bank audits, payroll audits, and other duties as assigned.
