Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows for a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. With an emphasis on digital integration, you will utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to document sessions, assess progress, and personalize treatment plans efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, applying evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth and coping strategies.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychiatrists, to discuss treatment approaches and client progress.

• Utilize EMR-integrated assessments to create, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ evolving needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending case reviews, supervision sessions, and training workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring effective documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field is required.
